Conscious Consumer Collective
Our mission is to create a community that celebrates conscious consumerism and makes the basic need for clothing accessible for all. It is rooted in sustainability through clothing swaps that cycle clothes through the community rather than clothes ending up in landfills.
Conscious Consumer Collective (CCC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that makes The Houston Clothing Swap, Children’s Swap, prom events, and other community outreach events possible.

The Houston Clothing Swap is a community event where thousands of clothing items are exchanged, helping make fashion more accessible while giving clothes a second life.

The Swap wouldn’t be possible without our incredible volunteers. Every team plays a part in bringing the event to life, from setting up the space and welcoming guests to sorting, organizing, and keeping everything running throughout the weekend. But volunteering is about more than the job you’re assigned. It’s a chance to meet new people, work alongside an amazing community, make new friends, and be part of something meaningful together.

As Volunteer Coordinators, Volunteer Events Coordinator, and Board Members of Conscious Consumer Collective, we're passionate about creating more than just great volunteer experiences.
